Orange Chocolate Chip Icecream
All you need to know
- 1 packet Jellyologist Classic Orange Jelly Mix
- 600ml cream
- 1 x 395g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Beat the cream, condensed milk and jelly mix in a large bowl with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until light and airy
- Fold through the chocolate chips
- Pour into a plastic container with a lid (or loaf tin with cling wrap then foil
- Freeze at least 7 hours or overnight
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving, serve using a scoop warmed with just boiled water
