Pour 200ml boiling water into measuring jug. Add contents of jelly mix and stir until completely dissolved. Add 150ml cold water and stir to combine. Pour into Jellyologist moulds or alternative serving bowls and refrigerate for four to six hours or overnight for best results. Once set, unmould and garnish.
