Shipping and Delivery
Place your order Monday through Friday and we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day, or the day after. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be picked up by the courier on the next business day.
Deliveries within NZ have a shipping fee of $6, excluding Rural Delivery (extra $5 surcharge). Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, only street addresses.
We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s journey.
New Zealand Orders
Our Couriers deliver to major towns and cities, next business day or day after within the North Island and within two business days or the day after to the South Island (Rural deliveries can take up to an extra 24 to 72 hours).
International Orders
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Deliveries to Australia can proceed through the checkout process (flat rate AUD $30). For enquiries to other international destinations, please email Info@thejellyologist.com for a quote.
We proudly partner with DHL Express, utilizing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your international orders.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can sort it out for you.
If your item was delivered damaged, please contact us at info@thejellyologist.com and attach a photo of the damaged product and the box that it came in. We can then arrange to have the product
collected and replaced.
We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and dispatched promptly. However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, The Jellyologist cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses that occur during transit. Any issues related to delayed or lost packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will make every effort to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
