Espresso Martini
Espresso Martini
This recipe follows the same directions as on the kit box but uses espresso martini glasses instead. This makes 4x standard size martini glasses, so the portions are bigger than our signature jelly moulds and are great for a smaller dinner party dessert.
All you need to know
- 170 mls Vodka
- 330mls Water
- 200mls Milk
- 4x Martini glasses
Start by making up the Espresso jelly mix - pour 330mls of boiling water into a measuring jug. Add contents of one espresso jelly mix and stir until completely dissolved. Add 170ml vodka and stir to combine. Let cool slightly and pour carefully into martini glasses. Place into fridge for aprox 4hours until base is set.
To make the milky top, heat 200mls milk in a pan until nearly boiling. Empty contents of espresso top jelly mix into hot milk and stir until dissolved. Wait for 10mins for jelly to cool slightly and then pour milky jelly evenly over the base jelly mix (about 5mm thick layer for each glass).
Garnish with dark chocolate and a whole coffee bean.
