These kits have been a long time in the making and it’s very special to see them hit the shelves. The Margarita jelly was one of the most popular jellies back when we catered events and parties, and now we’re very excited to say you can re-create them at home.

This deluxe kit makes 24 x Jellyologist Margarita Cones.

Please note, this kit does not include Tequila - we recommend Jose Cuervo 

Whats in the kit?

- 12x cone-shaped moulds and 4x setting trays
- 2x Margarita jelly mixes
- 2x Jellyologist NZ Flaky Sea Salt (Note this replaces Culley's Blood Orange Sea Salt garnish)
- 24 x disposable silver plating squares

Information

The kit contains everything you need to make epic Tahitian lime and orange infused jelly with a flaky NZ Sea Salt garnish. It’s a Margarita jelly like you’ve never tasted before! All you need to add is your favourite Tequila! (Or just add water to keep these ‘virgin’ - they’re just as delish!)

To make 12 cones (1 packet of Margarita Jelly)
- 50 mls Tequila (or water)
- 300ml mls Water
- Measuring jug

To make 12 cones:
Pour 200ml boiling water into a measuring jug. Add contents of one margarita jelly mix sachet and stir until completely dissolved. Add 50ml Tequila and 100ml cold water and stir to combine.

Pour into Jellyologist moulds and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results. Once set unmould and garnish.
