This deluxe kit makes 12 x Jellyologist Signature Apple & Elderflower Spritz Jelly Cones, just add Prosecco or sparkling water.

Whats in the kit?

- 12x cone-shaped moulds and 4x setting trays
- 1x Apple & Elderflower jelly mix
- 1x freeze dried raspberry sachet
- 12 x disposable silver plating squares
- Detailed instruction card
Information

Our fun new boozy kit is elegant and lightly effervescent, Elderflower Spritz jellies will make a delicious addition to any table.

To make 12 cones:
- 150ml prosecco (or water)
- 200ml prosecco (or sparkling water)
- Measuring jug

For 12 cones:
Heat 150ml prosecco (or water) in a pan until nearly boiling. Add contents of jelly mix and stir until dissolved. Add 200ml cold prosecco (or sparkling water) and still to combine.
Pour jelly mix into cone moulds and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Unmould and garnish with freeze dried raspberry.
